Ethical guidelines for authors
Before/After submitting the article, we expect all authors to bind to the following author ethical guidelines:

  • All authors should abide by a point that this is their own original work, which does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity.
  • All authors must and should check for the plagiarism content in their article before submitting it so that to assure that this article does not contain any plagiarized content; he/she should rewrite the content even though it has been taken from their own published article.
  • All authors named on the paper are equally responsible for all the content in the article.
  • Authors must and should submit Author’s contribution list, it is mandatory for Journal of PeerScientist. Those-authors, who contributed significantly to the article, should not be mentioned in the Acknowledgement section and vice versa.
    Note: The Editor in Chief/Associate Editor in Chief and Publisher has complete rights to raise a question based on the information provided in the Acknowledgement section and Author’s contribution list; then the Corresponding author must justify it.
  • Authors need to cite all references appropriately in an unbiased manner.
  • Unpublished results/lectures should be cited only for exceptional reasons and with the permission of that third party.
  • Copies of cited publications not yet available publicly should be submitted if suggested by referees.
  • Authors must submit all the necessary documents for ethical approval from an appropriate research ethics committee that evidences the informed consent from the patient/client if necessary.
  • Authors must follow rules for ethics of experimentation on humans and animals, as applicable. Research presented/reported in the article must be conducted by following all the ethical rules, in compliance with all the codes of experimentation (relevant) and legislation, as applicable. A written statement should be included in the methods section of the article if In vivoexperiments or clinical trials conducted on humans or animals and that work must be permitted/ approved by animal care committees/ local human subject and they should and must be registered as legislation procedures.
  • Authors must include all the details about safety measures, taken for the reported study; for example
    Specific hazards that may be involved in the experiments or procedures described in the article.
    2. Include safety measures if any hazardous substance is used in the materials and methods section itself.
    3. Mention the standard code/reference if any.
  • Authors must provide access to the databases used in the study if required.
  • Authors should NOT mention the personal disputes in the article.
  • Authors should disclose the Conflicts of Interest if any before submitting the article.
  • Authors must and should mention all the sources of funding for the research reported in the paper.
  • Authors should mention the correct reason for suggesting reviewers (suitable reviewers with the appropriate experience to review) and should mention the correct details of them, provided there should not have a conflict of interest.
  • Note: Suggested reviewers should not be the co-author or any author of the article in past 3 to 5 years.
  • Authors should format their article by following the Formatting Guidelines of Journal of PeerScientist before submitting the article.

Ethical guidelines for peer reviewers
Peer Reviewers of Journal of PeerScientist should and must follow the following peer reviewer’s ethical guidelines:

  • The reviewer should avoid personal comments or criticism for an article submitted.
  • A reviewer should maintain the confidentiality of the review process by not disclosing information of the reviewed paper without permission from the editorial office.
  • A reviewer should determine originality, credit, and scope of the work and also need to suggest a number of ways to improve it so that it highlights the quality of the article.
  • A reviewer should give his/her comments in an unbiased manner following the ethical rules.
  • A peer reviewer should protect readers from incorrect or flawed research or studies that cannot be validated and/ reproduced by others.
  • A reviewer should not use/disclose any unpublished work/ arguments/ interpretations of a submitted manuscript for his/her own work, but with consent from the author.
  • Reviewers should openly declare any potential conflict of interests and take assistance from the Editor regarding any uncertain conflicts.
  • Reviewers should notify the Editor if the manuscript has been already reviewed by them before in other journal and seek guidance whether to carry further or not.
  • Reviewers should immediately notify the Editor if they found any partial or whole information in the manuscript is plagiarized or infringed.
  • Reviewers should not attempt to contact the authors before the article gets published without the permission of the Editor.

Ethical guidelines for journal editor in chief/ editor
Editor in Chief/ Editors should and must obey the following Ethical guidelines of Journal of PeerScientist

  • An editor should give unbiased decision without any regard to race, gender, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the author(s), to all manuscripts offered for publication in Journal of PeerScientist.
  • The Editor should not disclose the confidential information; unless and until it is authorized by the source of that information, or if there are allegations of misconduct that require access to that confidential information, or if the Editor is ordered/required by law to disclose that information.
  • The editor should not use/disclose any unpublished work/ arguments/ interpretations of a submitted manuscript for his/her own work, but with consent from the author. An editor must and should respect the intellectual independence of authors.
  • The editor should not use/disclose any unpublished work/ arguments/ interpretations of a submitted manuscript for his/her own research except with the written consent of the author.
  • Need to encourage his/her colleagues/students to submit their work in the Journal of PeerScientist.
  • Should maintain continuous contact with the Editor-in-Chief to ensure the theongoing development of the journal: Members of the Board may also take responsibility for key activities linked to the journal. All Editorial Board members must obey the Editor-in-Chief of the journal.

Ethical guidelines for Publisher
Journal of PeerScientist strictly obeys the following publisher ethical guidelines

  • Journal of PeerScientist maintains rigorous publication standards to maintain the integrity of the journal.
  • Journal of PeerScientist doesNOT allow the publication of any content that is NOT in accordance with the Publication Ethics of PeerScientist.
  • Journal of PeerScientist allows the editorial decisions in an unbiased manner, which will not be altered due to business purposes or any commercial considerations.
  • Journal of PeerScientist does NOT allow the publication of articles if
  1. The article has plagiarized content
  2. Does NOT have any Novel/Innovative Research/Scientific advancements
  3. Does NOT follows research ethics especially for human and animal research, including confidentiality, and the consent.
  • Journal of PeerScientist protects intellectual property rights and copyrights.
